Customer need to send the products back to us, When we receive the products, We will repair and ship back to customer.
the repairing charge will be free, customer should be pay the shipping charge of two sides.
4.Return and partial refund.
Because the international shipping fee is very high and most of pictures in store are taken by ourself with real products.
